We are seeking four experienced and motivated Specialist Clinical Coders to join our expanding and dynamic Clinical Coding Department at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.

As a Specialist Clinical Coder, You Will

• Accurately abstract, analyse, and assign complex diagnostic and procedural codes using ICD-10 and OPCS-4 classifications.
• Work closely with clinical teams to validate and enhance the quality of coded data.
• Take the lead on specific specialties and complex coding scenarios.
• Act as a mentor to junior coders and support their development.
• Contribute to clinical engagement, KPI monitoring, audit preparation, and data quality improvement.
