Job summary

North London NHS Foundation Trust (Barnet CYMHS SCAN) is recruiting a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist for a permanent 0.6 WTE post based at Holly Oak Clinic, Barnet. You will provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention for children and young people with learning disabilities, ASD and ADHD, across clinic, community and educational settings.

Qualifications

• Eligible for HCPC registration as Practitioner Psychologist or Doctoral-level training in clinical/counselling psychology.
• Experience delivering evidence-based interventions for CYP mental health and working in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with neurodevelopmental assessments and complex presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention for children and young people with learning disabilities, ASD and ADHD.
• Undertake neurodevelopmental and neuropsychological assessments across clinic, community and educational settings.
• Lead on supervision, teaching, training, service development, quality improvement and research activities.
