Job summary

Alderbrook Care Home in Leeds is hiring a Care Assistant to support residents with complex needs, including advanced dementia and mental health conditions. The role focuses on delivering safe, person-centred care that preserves dignity, independence and wellbeing, in a calm, structured environment.

You will work closely with the care team, following individual plans and routines, building trust with residents and families while responding to changes in behaviour with patience and resilience.

Qualifications

• Caring and respectful approach to residents.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a complex care setting.
• NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to obtain.
