Job summary

JobsTrackR is recruiting Special Needs Teaching Assistants to support students with SEND needs in SEND schools in Bromley. Roles include both full-time and part-time positions from 8:30am to 4:00pm, with a focus on autism, PMLD and SEMH needs. DBS checks are required and references are asked for. Daily rates range from £92.60 to £105.

Ideal candidates will be adaptable, patient and capable of building routines and relationships with pupils, parents and school staff as part of a care-focused team.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS certificate required or able to obtain one.
• 2 references covering the past two years.
• Caring, dedicated and professional approach to working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEND needs across learning and development activities.
• Build relationships quickly and establish routines with a consistent approach.
• Provide personal care support for PMLD where required.
• Support students with autism, SEMH, and other needs in classroom settings.
