Job summary

Affinity Partnerships, L.L.C. is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism, MLD, challenging behaviours and complex learning needs in partner schools with specialist provisions for ages 2–19.

The role is full-time and long-term, with access to a large resource base and specialist facilities. You will benefit from a dedicated consultant, safeguarding training, CV and job application support, and flexible PAYE or Umbrella pay options.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with pupils with Autism, MLD, challenging behaviours or complex learning needs.
  • Ability to manage a class in the absence of the teacher.
  • Confident in managing children's behaviour.
  • Emotionally resilient and adaptable.
  • Experience supporting children and adults with additional needs.

Are you a SEN Teaching Assistant with experience working with pupils who have Autism, MLD, challenging behaviours, or Complex Learning Needs? Affinity Partnerships are working with Multi-Academy Trusts to find experienced Teaching Assistants to work on a Full-time, long-term basis as soon as possible. The schools facilities are excellent, and you will have access to a large source of resources to engage students and ensure that learning is fun.

The schools offer a specialist provision for pupils aged between 2-19 with a range of complex and significant learning needs in the area of cognition and learning. This role includes learning with Autistic spectrum condition and those with complex physical and sensory impairments.
