You will support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Many of the children also have a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, Attachment Disorders, Anxiety, and Speech and Language delay.

Learners with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) have complex learning needs. In additon to their sevre learning difficulties, they may have other significant difficulties, such as physical disabilities, sensory impairment or a sevre medical condition. These learners require a high level of adult support for their learning needs and are likely to need sensory stimulation and a cirriculum broken down into very small steps.
You will be instrumental in providing consistency, and equipping children and young people with tools to ensure they feel safe, secure, empowered, and believe that they can succeed in life.
Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy
