Responsibilities

• Support learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including PMLD, autism, ADHD, attachment disorders, anxiety, and speech and language delays.
• Provide consistency and equip children and young people with tools to feel safe, secure, empowered and able to succeed.
• Assist with a curriculum broken down into small steps and contribute to safeguarding and on-site training.
