Job Description:

Do you have experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, or related needs? We are looking for a reliable and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join schools across Brighton & Hove.

You will work closely with children needing extra support to access learning and feel safe and understood at school. Collaborate with the SENCO and team to set and review targets that help students manage sensory input and stay engaged.

This is an excellent opportunity for those with TA experience or anyone looking to start a career in teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students to stay focused, feel secure, and engage with learning.
• Use visual aids and structured routines (timetables, task boards).
• Promote emotional regulation (using Zones of Regulation).
• Monitor progress and behaviors.
