Job summary

Hillside Special School in Sudbury is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our team. You will work with pupils aged 4 to 19 with complex needs, including SLD, PMLD and autism, in a supportive, nurturing environment.

Flexibility and a truly positive approach are essential as you may attend training sessions and meetings after school or on PD days, with additional hours paid. An Enhanced DBS check is required to safeguard pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Work with pupils with a wide range of complex needs including Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), complex autism and challenging behaviour.
