Job summary

Vision for Education Hull is seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Support Worker/SEN Teaching Assistant in Hull. Immediate start with flexible full-time or part-time hours.

You will provide SEN-specific support to pupils across several partner schools, helping with learning activities and behaviour management while adhering to safeguarding standards and maintaining DBS status.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school or care setting with pupils who have SEN.
• Willingness to apply for an Enhanced DBS and register it on the Update Service.
• A passion for learning and inspiring young people.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN across multiple client schools.
• Assist teachers in classroom activities and learning support.
• Maintain safeguarding and DBS updates as required.

Do you have experience as a carer or support worker and are seeking a new challenge in a rewarding and unique role?

We are urgently recruiting confident and empathetic individuals to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis at Vision for Education as a Support Worker/SEN Teaching Assistant at several of our client schools in Hull.

As a key player in our established team, you will play a vital role as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant by providing support to pupils with varying levels of SEN.

What we require from you:

• Previous experience working in a school or care setting with people with SEN
• Willingness to apply for an Enhanced DBS and register it on the Update Service
• A passion for learning and inspiring young people!
