About the Role:

As a valued member of the teaching team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment where every student feels empowered to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with a diverse range of learning abilities.
2. Implementing creative teaching strategies and utilising a variety of resources to create a multi-sensory and engaging learning experience.
3. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and parents/guardians, to provide holistic support for each student.
4. Assessing student progress and development, creating personalised learning plans, and celebrating achievements.

About You:

1. You are a qualified teacher holding QTS or an equivalent qualification.
2. You have experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), with a deep understanding of different learning styles and strategies.
3. You possess excellent communication, classroom management, and behavior management skills.
4. You are passionate about inclusive education and committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued and empowered.
