Job summary

Holly Spring Primary School in Bracknell is seeking an experienced SENDCo to lead inclusion and raise outcomes for pupils with SEND, joining our supportive, busy primary at the start of January 2027 (or sooner).

The successful candidate will hold NASENCo or an NPQ for SENCos in progress, and will work closely with teachers to develop personalised strategies, monitor progress, and provide staff with high-quality guidance and training to secure strong pupil outcomes across the school.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced SENDCo with a strong commitment to inclusive practice.
• Must hold NASENCo or equivalent, or be enrolled on NPQ for SENCos in progress.
• Ability to transform outcomes for pupils with SEND and work collaboratively with staff.
