Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join a school in Guildford.

Working hours are 9:30 to 3:30 daily, with a salary of £88-£100 per day.

Applicants should have GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) and, ideally, a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification; experience with SEMH/SEND is preferred. The role requires strong communication, empathy, resilience and the ability to support pupils with challenging or vulnerable behaviours.

Qualifications
