As a Special Education Teacher, you will:

  • Support and teach students with additional needs, including SEMH, autism, and learning difficulties
  • Help manage behaviour positively, providing a safe and structured environment
  • Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons to engage and inspire students

We are looking for a committed and engaging SEN Teacher who can deliver exciting lessons tailored to students with varying abilities. You'll play a vital role in their educational journey, using your skills and dedication to help them succeed. Ideally, you'll have prior experience in a similar classroom setting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in alternative provisions, PRUs, SEND/SEMH settings, or similar is a bonus - but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
  • Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent)
  • Enhanced DBS on the Updated Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Patience, resilience, and a passion for making a difference
  • A commitment to excellence in teaching and behaviour management
