Overview

We are seeking qualified SEN / SEND tutors to support young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other educational needs in Berkshire. Multiple positions are available, and we are actively hiring to meet diverse needs.

About Us

Targeted Provision aims to enhance education quality for vulnerable young people with SEN and related needs. We support children referred by local authorities and schools, providing holistic, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs
• Support students' educational and social-emotional development through holistic, trauma-informed sessions
• Complete lesson reports and monitor progress

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS)
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
• Experience working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or similar needs
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
• Enhanced DBS clearance (assistance available)
• Two professional references
• Right to work in the UK

Employment Details

• Engagement as a Worker, paid via PAYE
• Short-term, flexible engagements; no set hours or expenses covered
• Insurance provided
• Not a self-employed position
