Tiffield Academy is seeking an Learning Support Assistant to join a brand-new team supporting pupils with severe learning difficulties and SLCN. You will deliver high-quality support for our young people and families to ensure a fabulous experience inside a purpose-built environment.

The role offers training and a welcoming, professional team, with opportunities to develop a wide range of skills while contributing to excellent pupil outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs would be advantageous.
• Able to work as part of a welcoming, professional team.
• Willing to engage with a range of pupils and adapt communication methods.
