Job summary

The Eresby School, Spilsby is seeking a dedicated team member to support teachers in delivering high-quality education for pupils aged 2–19 with SEND. You will work in a role that includes planning activities, assisting with classroom preparation and monitoring pupils’ needs within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Term-time, permanent role with 30 hours per week and fixed 9:00–15:30 hours. NJC4 scale and Local Government Pension Scheme available; flexible working patterns and wellbeing

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and preparation of activities and delivery of local initiatives
• Participate in classroom preparation
• Monitor children’s needs and report to the designated person
• Promote inclusion and support the class teacher to maintain an orderly learning environment
• Carry out daily personal care/hygiene duties as required
• Assist with movement of children around the school
