Job summary

Waco ISD is seeking a dedicated Teacher – Special Ed for West Avenue Elementary to develop and implement IEPs for students.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree and a valid Texas teaching certificate, as well as expertise in differentiated instructional strategies. The teacher will monitor student progress and collaborate with general education staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and Texas teaching certificate required for special education.
• Approved student teaching/internship experience needed.
• Knowledge of Specially-Designed Instruction essential.

• Manage student behavior and implement interventions.
