• Enrolled student in a relevant bioscience field.

Responsibilities

• Apply spatial transcriptomics to quantify signalling markers.
• Culture hiPSC-derived cardiomyocytes on gridded coverslips to preserve positional information.
• Perform high-resolution fluorescence imaging and computational segmentation.
• Analyze spatial patterns and cell-to-cell variability in signalling components.
