Job summary

University of Oxford is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Assistant to join the CRC-STARS Spatial Biology team. You will develop and apply advanced bioinformatics and spatial analysis techniques to large-scale spatial transcriptomics and imaging data, contributing to understanding therapeutic response in colorectal cancer.

You will build robust computational pipelines, collaborate with a multidisciplinary consortium, and contribute to publications, grants and conference presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in bioinformatics analysis of spatial transcriptomics data.
• Strong computation and data interpretation skills in cancer biology.
• Ability to develop robust computational pipelines and reproducible workflows.
