A leading luxury goods exporter is seeking a Spanish and Italian speaking Customer Service Executive. This role involves providing B2B support to clients in a friendly and supportive team. Responsibilities include managing customer orders, resolving queries, and liaising with couriers. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish, have a good knowledge of Italian, and possess prior customer service experience. The position is office-based in South West London, with a salary around £30,000 pa and Monday to Friday working hours.

Fluent Spanish is essential plus a good level of Italian.
South West London (zone 3) – this role is based in the office Monday to Friday.
c. £30,000 pa, possibly negotiable depending on languages and skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fairly small but very friendly and supportive international customer service team as their Spanish and Italian speaking Export Customer Service Executive.
You will be responsible for offering full B2B support to Spanish and Italian speaking clients, agents and distributors and will include the following duties and responsibilities:
Monday to Friday (35 hour week).
