Job summary

A leading technology services provider in Greater London is seeking a skilled Product and Quality Assurance professional. You will work on QA activities across all phases of space missions, supporting the development and maintenance of quality management systems. Required is extensive experience in the space sector, knowledge of ISO standards, and expertise in documentation and quality risk management. This role involves close collaboration with technical teams and active promotion of a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive product/quality assurance experience in the space sector.
• Proven leadership in managing quality standards, process improvements, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards.
• Direct involvement in design, manufacture, and qualification of spaceflight hardware.
• Expertise in maintaining Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply standards.
• Experience in writing technical documentation.
• Experience in supplier management.
• Experience in leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of Quality Management System, ensuring compliance.
• Provide hands-on PA/QA support across all programs.
• Assist in defining internal quality standards for mission development.
• Collaborate with teams to implement QA processes and resolve issues.
• Monitor compliance with industry standards and contribute to certification.
• Participate in audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to quality risk management activities.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Support documentation and reporting of quality metrics.
• Represent PA/QA in project meetings and customer interactions.
