Job summary

Expleo Group is recruiting a Systems Engineer to join the Systems Engineering Team, responsible for delivering space missions from concept to launch in the UK. This role involves acting as a technical lead in complex engineering programs and requires a degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of requirements management and system design, as well as proficiency in analytical tools like STK and MATLAB. This is an on-site role based in Guildford, offering a collaborative environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience working as a Systems Engineer within the space industry.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Systems Engineer or Technical Lead across the full mission lifecycle.
• Perform mission and system design activities, including space and ground segments.
• Capture, analyze, and manage system requirements.
