Job summary

Airbus in Stevenage is offering a Database Architecture Intern role. You will gain hands-on experience building data management software for active space programmes and contribute to prototype development, testing and delivery.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience with Java programming (Java 11 preferred).
• Experience with database technology (non-relational preferred e.g. MongoDB).
• Knowledge of Github.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end data management software for space programmes.
• Analyze spacecraft engineering use cases, build prototype software, and deliver to testing.
• Collaborate in an inclusive team and communicate effectively.
• Uphold high standards and ethical compliance in line with Airbus values.
