Job summary

Rocket Factory Augsburg (RFA) is seeking an Administrative & Business Support Officer to join our international, agile team. You will coordinate travel, accommodation, local logistics, and provide day-to-day administrative support across the site and operations.

You will act as a key contact for employees, visitors, and suppliers, organise onboarding, manage records under UK GDPR, and support reports, invoicing, and correspondence with a focus on accuracy and discretion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration, office management or operations support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organisational skills to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel, accommodation and local logistics for staff, contractors, customers and visitors.
• Support day-to-day administration and business operations at the site.
• Act as a key contact for employees, visitors, suppliers and service providers.
• Assist procurement, inventory, incoming goods and vendor relationships.
