Job summary

Bannatyne Group in Cardiff is seeking a Spa Beauty Therapist to deliver a range of spa treatments and guest experiences. This role includes working 16 hours one week and 24 hours the next, with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour, across a welcoming wellness environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent), possess strong customer service and communication skills, and be able to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments (massages, facials, nails) tailored to guest needs.
• Provide professional, high-quality service to ensure a relaxing experience.
