Job summary

Bannatyne Group in Norwich is seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to deliver relaxing experiences for guests. You will perform massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, tailor treatments to individual needs, maintain high cleanliness standards and build lasting client relationships.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) with strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or progress toward it is desirable; knowledge of ELEMIS products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform massages, facials, manicures and pedicures; tailor treatments to guest needs.
• Provide high-quality service to ensure a relaxing experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of spa equipment.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Promote spa services and products based on client consultations.
• Stay informed on industry trends to enhance skills.
