Job summary

Potters Resorts is seeking a Spa Therapist for weekend roles at the Five Lakes spa. You will perform massages, facials, and body treatments while delivering outstanding guest care in a luxury setting.

We offer flexible weekend shifts, free meals on shift, uniform provided, and opportunities to grow within a premium spa brand. Prior spa experience and NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy are preferred.

Qualifications

• Recognised Beauty Therapy Qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience in spa/salon environment preferred; 1+ year with professional treatments.
• Proficient in delivering a range of treatments including massage, facials, body treatments and nail care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, professional and guest-focused.
• High standard of personal presentation and hygiene; strong health and safety knowledge.
• Product knowledge of major spa brands (Elemis, ESPA) desirable.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality massages, facials and other spa treatments.
• Provide nail care and body treatments while maintaining spa standards.
• Maintain excellent guest relations and ensure safety and hygiene best practices.
• Work flexible weekends (Fridays–Sundays) to support peak times.

Pay:

Qualifications

Recognised Beauty Therapy Qualification – NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy is essential

Experience in spa or salon environment – ideally 1+ year working with professional treatments and products

Proficient in delivering a range of treatments, including massage, facials, body treatments, and nail care

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – friendly, professional, and able to make guests feel at ease

High standard of personal presentation and hygiene

Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a spa setting

Product knowledge of major professional spa brands (e.g., Elemis, ESPA, or similar) is desirable

Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude
