Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is essential.
• 1+ year spa/salon experience preferred.
• Proficient in massage, facials, body treatments, and nail care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
• Strong health and hygiene knowledge for spa settings.
• Knowledge of major spa brands (e.g., Elemis, ESPA) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality massages, facials, and spa treatments.
• Provide warm, professional guest interactions.
• Work well in a team and independently for solo treatments.
• Support weekend shifts with flexibility on Fridays–Sundays.
• Contribute to a relaxing, luxury spa environment.

Qualifications

Recognised Beauty Therapy Qualification - NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy is essential

Experience in spa or salon environment - ideally 1+ year working with professional treatments and products

Proficient in delivering a range of treatments, including massage, facials, body treatments, and nail care

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - friendly, professional, and able to make guests feel at ease

High standard of personal presentation and hygiene

Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a spa setting

Product knowledge of major professional spa brands (e.g., Elemis, ESPA, or similar) is desirable

Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude
