Job summary

Marine & Lawn Troon is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our distinguished team. Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will deliver high-quality treatments, build rapport with guests, and ensure smooth daily spa operations.

You will also promote products and services, assist on reception, handle bookings and payments, and contribute to a warm, guest-focused environment. NVQ Level 3 in Massage & Beauty Therapy is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Massage & Beauty Therapy is required.
• Professional attitude and excellent guest care are essential.
• Experience in beauty and spa treatments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing rapport with guests to provide outstanding service.
• Provide industry leading treatments to each guest.
• Ensure smooth daily operation of the spa.
• Promote retail and professional products and services.
• Upsell and upgrade bookings to maximise guest experience.

The Opportunity

We are looking for Spa Therapists to join the distinguished team of hospitality enthusiasts at the Marine & Lawn Troon. Reporting into the Spa Manager you will be responsible for:

• Developing a rapport with guests to provide outstanding service
• Provide industry leading treatments to each and every guest
• To ensure smooth daily operation of all aspects of the spa
• Have detailed knowledge of all retail and professional products and m services that the Spa provides
• Optimise bookings from guests, which includes up-selling and upgrading regularly
• Provide treatment protocol with the Guest
• Provide a seamless service to the various areas and ensure the guest has appropriate refreshments
• Provide Guest with thorough after-care and home-care advice
• Work on reception when required, handling filing, handling payments, bookings and telephony needs from time to time
• Comply with all legal and organisational policies
