Spa Therapist Manager North Wales (Ruthin Area)
Salary £28,000

Schedule:

• Weekend availability/Full time Permanent position

Ideal for a Senior Therapist wanting to progress to managerial level.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To lead, develop, build and maximise revenue and profit in the Spa Treatments sector, by maximising treatments, packages and retail sales.
• To proactively drive and sell treatment space, leading outreach efforts to ensure proactive sales.
• To manage and understand the spa treatments booking system and software systems in general.
• To actively outreach to current and future hotel guests to upsell treatments during their stay.
• Create and develop strategic growth plans for the department, including marketing strategies to maximise treatment and retail sales, such as database mail shots and promotional materials.
• To train and continually assess spa therapists to ensure high standards of service, knowledge, and experience.
• To organise external and internal training as needed.
• To conduct interviews and appraisals of spa staff.
• To manage staff rotas and schedules.
• To produce revenue and business development reports for weekly review with the Spa Manager, hotel management, MD, or owners.
