Spa Therapist required for our popular Spa

Rate of Pay / Hours: Contract

Location:

You will be required to maintain and develop client relationships and deliver levels of service that consistently exceed guest expectations.

As a Spa Therapist, you should be passionate about delivering treatments and excellent hospitality to clients.

You must be qualified at NVQ level 2 & 3 in beauty therapy or equivalent. TEMPLESPA trained or similar product brand experience is an advantage. Previous experience working in hotel spas is required, with a minimum of 1 year in the industry. Flexibility and weekend availability are also necessary.

Main Duties:

• Carrying out a range of TEMPLESPA treatments to a high standard.
• Providing Manicure and Pedicure treatments.
• Being a team player and able to work independently.
• Maintaining the standards of the Spa.
• Welcoming clients in a 5-star manner for their treatments.
• Booking clients on the Spa computer system and handling phone calls.
• Achieving retail targets.
• Ensuring treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy.
