The ideal candidate will have excellent massage skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers improve well-being. Shifts, weekends and public holidays may be required to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa, wellness centre, hotel spa, or massage establishment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional spa treatments, including body massage and other therapies.
• Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable treatments and packages.
• Ensure customers receive a comfortable, relaxing spa experience.
• Prepare treatment rooms, oils, towels, equipment and supplies before each session.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Promote and upsell spa treatments, memberships and retail products.
• Maintain accurate customer treatment records and appointment details.
• Follow SOPs, hygiene protocols and service standards.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
