Job summary

Old Swan & Minster Mill seeks a Spa Therapist to deliver facial and body treatments, as well as manicures and pedicures, within a welcoming hotel spa. You will guide guests on products and ensure the spa remains pristine and inviting.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy qualifications, with opportunities to support reception tasks and collaborate with a friendly team dedicated to guest wellbeing.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Qualified to work in spa and pool areas and on reception where needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform facials, massages, body treatments, manicures and pedicures.
• Assist guests in choosing suitable spa products to enhance their experience.
• Keep spa and pool areas clean, tidy and well maintained.
• Occasionally support spa reception duties as part of team.
