Job summary

The QHotels Collection at Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort near Leeds is seeking a level 3 Spa Therapist to deliver relaxing spa experiences and a range of treatments. You will recommend products, upsell, and book subsequent treatments while training with Elemis Ambassadors across the group.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent beauty/spa qualification.
• Previous Spa Therapist experience is desirable but not essential.
• Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxing guest experience whether the guest is staying or on a spa break.
• Deliver a variety of treatments using your expertise.
• Advise on products from the retail offer and upsell/book further treatments.
