Job summary

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking a Level 3 Spa Therapist to create relaxing guest experiences across hotel and spa break guests. You will deliver a range of treatments, advise on products, and upsell while promoting the retail offer.

There is ongoing training with Elemis Ambassadors, and staff benefits include uniform, discounts on golf and The QHotels Collection, and access to health club facilities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, not essential.
• Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxing experience for hotel guests or spa breaks, delivering a variety of treatments and advising on products.
• Sell products from the retail offer and upsell or book additional/future treatments.
• Attend regular training with Elemis Ambassadors across the group to perfect skills.
