Job description

Location: Located just 15 miles from Oxford, the Minster Mill is in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell. The newly developed Minster Mill and Garden Spa features a 48-cover, 3 AA rosette restaurant, a lounge bar, and banqueting facilities for up to 100 people.

Service Charge: We pay our team a service charge each month! This amount is pooled and 100% shared among all staff at the hotel. The service charge typically ranges from £275 to £325 per month (approximately £4,000 annually) in addition to the base salary for full-time employees.

The Minster Mill offers a relaxed, fun, yet professional environment to work in. Free on-site parking is available, and discounted staff taxis are offered for those without a car.

Key points about the role:

• Perform facials, massages, body treatments, manicures, and pedicures.

• Help maintain a clean and shining pool and spa area.
• Must be qualified to NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
• Occasionally assist at the spa reception as part of the team.
