Job Responsibilities:

1. Delivering exceptional treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training, and protocols.
2. Providing thoughtful treatment and product recommendations at the end of every treatment.
3. Taking initiative to add personalized experiences and treatment upgrades.
4. Proudly promoting hotel facilities and seeking opportunities to enhance guests’ stays through upselling.
5. Working alongside the Spa team, including receptionists and fitness instructors, in a team environment.
6. Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Type:

Full-time, Part-time, and Casual positions. Availability to work Monday – Friday, weekends, and holiday periods.
