Fairmont St Andrews is seeking passionate Spa Therapists to join the award-winning Spa & Wellness team. You will deliver personalised spa experiences and work with ESPA, ishga, Skin Rocks, and other premium brands to create memorable luxury journeys.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and casual positions; a strong focus on guest satisfaction, service quality, and continuous training within a five-star resort setting.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional Spa Therapist qualification essential.

Fairmont Spa & Wellness is seeking passionate, professional, and guest-focused Spa Therapists to join our award-winning Spa & Wellness team at Fairmont St Andrews.

Whether delivering personalised wellness experiences, supporting exciting brand launches, or developing your treatment expertise through advanced training, you will play an important role in creating exceptional and memorable guest journeys within a luxury five-star environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional spa treatment experiences in line with Fairmont Spa & Wellness brand standards, treatment protocols and luxury service expectations.


• Create warm, welcoming and memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality, expert knowledge and exceptional attention to detail.


• Confidently recommend personalised retail products, homecare recommendations and treatment plans to enhance treatment results and support long-term guest wellbeing.


• Identify opportunities to elevate the guest experience through treatment enhancements, upgrades and personalised recommendations.


• Build meaningful relationships with guests, encouraging loyalty, repeat visits and long-term engagement with the Spa & Wellness offering.


• Work collaboratively with Spa Reception, Fitness & Wellbeing and wider Resort colleagues to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience.


• Maintain exceptional standards of treatment room presentation, cleanliness, hygiene and operational excellence at all times.


• Participate in ongoing training, brand education and professional development opportunities, continuously enhancing your skills and expertise.


• Undertake additional duties as required to support the operational needs of the Spa & Wellness department and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional experiences whilst Making Special Happen every day.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional Spa Therapist qualification (HNC/HND, Level 3, ITEC, VTCT, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent essential)


• Passion for delivering exceptional treatment experiences and luxury guest care

Additional Information

• Competitive salary of £13.66 per hour


• 9.0% gratuity and Service Charge on Spa Treatments
