Job summary

Harbour Hotels Group is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager for maternity cover starting 1 December 2026. The role requires experience in spa/fitness facilities, NVQ Level 2/3, and Temple Spa and Elemis training is advantageous.

You will assist the Spa Manager in running the spa and wellness centre, focusing on guest experience, staff management, and meeting financial and operational goals while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in spa operations.
• Experience in fitness and beauty facilities is preferred.
• Temple Spa and Elemis training experience is advantageous.

The role… MATERNITY COVER START DATE 1st DECEMBER 2026

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager with previous experience gained in a similar environment with fitness and beauty facilities. You will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified with TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training and experience being a distinct advantage.

As Assistant Spa Manager, you will support the Spa Manager in overseeing the operations of the spa and wellness centre. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing spa personnel, and assisting with financial and operational goals. As Assistant Spa Manager, you will also be involved in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards within the spa.
