We are seeking a Part-time Spa Therapist at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, Northamptonshire, a 4 AA Red Star hotel with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant and a renowned destination spa. The property features gardens designed by Capability Brown.

Responsibilities

1. Support team success by delivering exceptional service with the guest at the center.
2. Perform outstanding spa treatments and enhance your knowledge for confident guest recommendations.
3. Prioritize mindfulness and well-being, maintaining high standards to create memorable experiences.

About You

• Experience in a luxury 4/5-star hotel spa is desirable.
• Current UK Level 3 Beauty Therapy Qualifications; skilled in facials, massage, nail, and gel treatments; Elemis training preferred.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to build rapport, relax guests, and create magical memories.
• High emotional intelligence to anticipate guest needs.
• Professional, organized, friendly, and proactive.
