We're seeking a versatile Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional treatments and create memorable guest experiences in our boutique spa and farm estate.

At The Spa at Green Farm, we offer something truly special: a small, luxurious and friendly spa set on a working farm in the Kent countryside. As we continue to grow, we are looking for another talented Spa Therapist to join our team who has both interest and experience in wellness, customer experience and hospitality.

This part-time role combines expert spa therapy with hands-on involvement in hosting our guests and supporting the wider spa and retreat experience – including spa days, wellness weekends and barn stays.

We work with two exceptional product houses – ESPA and Bramley – to deliver natural, effective, and beautifully curated spa experiences that align with our values of wellness and sustainability.

Role responsibilities

·Deliver a range of ESPA and Bramley spa treatments with professionalism and care

·Welcome guests and manage spa schedules, ensuring seamless transitions between treatments

·Maintain spa cleanliness and perform daily operational checks, including hot tub maintenance

·Assist on Reception, including welcoming guests, doing spa tours and welcome rituals

·Assist with hospitality duties, such as setting up light spa lunches and preparing refreshments

As a key team player, you’ll provide excellent spa therapies to our guests while also supporting the day-to-day running of our spa and hospitality services. Whether you’re delivering an outstanding massage, preparing for a wellness lunch, or ensuring the spa is sparkling clean and ready for the day, you’ll be working closely with our friendly and values-led team to create truly memorable guest experiences.

• A qualified and experienced beauty/spa therapist who is confident in delivering massages, facials, and body treatments
• Someone who has previous hospitality or customer-facing experience, ideally in a boutique or wellness setting
• Naturally friendly, welcoming and great at working as part of a team
• Organised and proactive – happy to take initiative and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
• Genuinely passionate about creating a positive, calming, high-quality experience for every guest
• Aligned with our values of nature, wellness, and community
• Flexible and adaptable, always ready to jump in where needed to maintain smooth service and the highest quality guest experience
• Represent the values of Green Farm in everything you do – sustainability, warmth, care and attention to detail

Experience and qualifications

·NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent

·Minimum of 2 years' experience in spa or wellness settings

·Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is advantageous
