Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Therapist. The Lead Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic support, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other healthcare professionals, maintaining treatment documentation, and leading therapy program initiatives. Supervision of the therapy team, Audit of service provision, oversee training of staff development.

Qualifications

Accredited Psychotherapist or CBT Therapist

• (BABCP, BACP, UKCP, BPS)
• Experience in individual and group therapy
• Skills in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency with remote therapy delivery
• Experience in addiction treatment and mental health counseling
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
