David Lloyd Clubs Purley is seeking a friendly Spa Host to welcome members, explain the health and wellbeing benefits of our therapy rooms, and uphold the high standards of our premium spa.

You will be part of a team that values great communication, collaboration, and a proactive approach to delivering memorable experiences; benefits include free club membership, staff discounts, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Has experience within a premium customer service environment.
• A passion for all things health and wellbeing.
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to our members.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming members to the spa and providing exceptional customer service.
• Explaining the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room to members.
• Ensuring the spa areas are clean and maintained to premium standards.
