Job summary

The Lygon Arms Hotel in Broadway invites applications for a friendly Spa Receptionist to welcome guests and manage bookings in a luxury spa. This part-time role covers varied shifts between early morning and evening, including weekends, with meals included on duty and opportunities for career development.

You will handle inquiries, tours, and reception administration, support cash handling and retail sales, and work closely with therapists and hotel colleagues to ensure an exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Experience in a spa environment or similar setting is desirable.
• Reception, hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous.
• Delivers exceptional customer service with a professional friendly approach.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage spa treatment, spa day, fitness, and membership bookings.
• Provide a warm welcome and outstanding customer service to all guests.
• Handle telephone enquiries, bookings, and reception administration.
• Conduct spa tours for prospective members and guests.
• Support day-to-day operation of the spa and treatment rooms.
• Assist with cash handling, vouchers, and retail sales.
• Work with therapists, leisure attendants, and hotel colleagues.
• Carry out routine pool safety checks and monitor spa guests.

About the Spa Receptionist Role:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm welcome and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional spa experience.
