Job summary

The Lowry Hotel, Manchester's iconic five-star hotel, invites applications for a Spa Receptionist on a casual, zero-hour contract. You will join the Spa team and support reception, bookings, payments and guest services while delivering a five-star experience.

The role requires excellent organisation, strong communication and a passion for outstanding customer service in a busy spa environment. Evenings, weekends and holidays are part of the shifts, with uniform and staff discounts offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a spa, hospitality or front-of-house administrative role.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and guest-service abilities.
• Comfortable with casual, zero-hours scheduling and irregular shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings for spa treatments and facilities.
• Welcome guests with five-star service in person and on the phone.
• Handle administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
• Process payments and perform cashiering duties.
• Promote spa retail products and memberships.
• Give spa tours to prospective members and guests.
• Keep reception and public areas clean and well-presented.
• Support the wider spa team for smooth daily operations.
