POSITION SUMMARY

Our Spa Manager will execute the day-to‑day operations of a high‑volume spa, along with specific assigned responsibilities.

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa
  • Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
  • Learn about our products and services for effective, clear communication
  • Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, ordering and reporting
  • Uphold store cleanliness standards in the entire spa
  • Oversee training of staff
  • Create and aid in implementation of sales goals for staff.
  • Oversee implementation of corporate protocols.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • A passion for people and sales
  • High level of enthusiasm
  • Capability to work flexible hours, specifically nights, weekends (Sundays) and holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A fast learner, with a positive attitude; remain calm in fast pace environment
  • Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems is a plus
  • Exceptional with organizing and prioritizing; attention to detail and multi‑tasking
  • Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with disciplining
