As a Spa Host, you will act as an ambassador for our beautiful spa retreats, welcoming members, explaining the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, offering drinks, selling our spa well-being products, and ensuring the spa is always clean and tidy to the standards expected in a premium environment—both inside and outside areas.

You will recommend and educate members on the benefits of the spa experience, spa etiquette, and use your product knowledge to ensure that the member experience, usage, and value for money are maximized.
