Qualifications

• Front-of-house hospitality experience is welcome, but full training is provided.
• Reliable, warm, and guest-focused with strong organisational skills.
• Experience with bookings and payments is an advantage.
• Ability to work weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests on arrival and checking them in for treatments.
• Managing bookings by phone, email and in person.
• Taking payments and processing retail sales.
• Answering guest questions about treatments and facilities.
• Upselling treatments and retail where appropriate.
• Keeping reception and spa areas tidy and well presented.
• Restocking and maintaining displays.
• Support the flow of treatment rooms and schedule adherence.
