Aqua Sana Forest Spa is hiring a Spa Experience Host at Longleat Forest. This part-time role offers a guaranteed minimum of 75–80 hours over a 4-week period, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will provide a warm welcome, help guests enjoy a relaxing experience and support smooth spa operations. Responsibilities include answering queries, maintaining high cleanliness standards, handling bookings, and leading wellness sessions.

As a Spa Experience Host at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, relaxing experience with your warm welcome and commitment to exceptional service.

• Provide a warm, professional welcome and respond to guest queries efficiently
• Support the smooth operation of the spa, working collaboratively with the wider team
• Maintain high standards across spa areas, reporting issues when required
• Lead complimentary wellness sessions and manage bookings using the spa system

Your working hours

• Part-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 75 or 80 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
